            GROUP TRAINING


Group Training is ideal if you feel more motivated training with friends. In small groups of 3-6 people, I create customized partner exercises combined with individual workouts. The balance of the motivational group environment and 1-2-1 attention makes it the perfect mix to produce fast results, without the bounce back. 

            WEEKLY BOOT CAMP


Start your Saturday with a full-body workout that is guaranteed to build strength, increase stamina, and burn calories. Each week you'll tackle a new set of exercises. No matter your ability or level, Boot Camp with Chris will push you in a fun and supportive environment to kick-off the weekend feeling strong!
