Making a positive change to take control of your health is never easy. It takes a shift in mindset, hard work, and commitment. The great thing about starting with CeeBeez Fizique is other people, just like you, have done it before and made incredible progress.  Each person has gained strength and confidence, some lost weight while others put on muscle. "I joined Ceebeez Fizque almost three years ago. I currently workout three days a week. Chris Barns, "Coach" is not just my trainer but over the years we have developed a relationship of my over all health, mental and physical. We talk and share different ways to challenge alternative meal choices and planned dieting. He supports the choices I make but provides the accountability for my choices, "there is no wrong way"! 

 

Along this journey, I've learned so much about my body, not just knowing how to properly workout but learning the proper terminology for that specific body part in the act of that motion. I've lost weight, gained it back, and lost again, but every pound I lost or gained encouraged me more to "stay the course". I look forward to Bootcamp every Saturday morning, Friday nights have never been the same, lol. I've competed in four USPL powerlifting events in Pittsburg, Virginia, and Baltimore. I actually won second place my very first competition."

“Chris is amazing! I worked with him consistently from January - September where I was able to not only lose 20 pounds (130-110), but also gain a significant amount of muscle in areas where I've never been able to before!  I absolutely loved training with him for multiple reasons - we always did something different in each and every session, he was great in terms of understanding my physical capabilities, and lastly, an all around great/genuine person!

As husband and wife we really enjoy training with Chris.  Chris is an experienced trainer, very knowledgeable of the body and always emphasizes using correct form while training. My husband’s favorite part is the cool down session after the workouts. Chris always  has us perform an amazing yoga-like stretch routines to help loosen tight muscles, and keep our muscles flexible and strong. The best thing about working with Chris is his gym setting is very family oriented. We have made new friends training with Chris and have become a gym family.  Their testimonial!

"I’ve been training with Chris for several years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training three times a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into our sessions. Chris is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. "I've been a member of the studio for over four years. I initially contacted Chris because I wanted to get in shape before my sister's wedding. I chose him because he's a veteran, as I am, and I knew that he would push me. Additionally, I liked the one-on-one sessions because I didn't want to be in a large gym with everyone watching me.
